Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policy:

Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling, refusal to complete required paperwork, inappropriate behavior, or requests to shorten the session within 48 hours will incur the full charge of the scheduled service.

If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. Please note that sessions will still end on time, and the price will remain the same regardless of how late the client arrives. Keep in mind that a shorter session may not provide the same experience, which is why I offer only longer sessions.

There are no exceptions to this policy unless you can find someone to take your spot. To ensure fairness and consistency, I must apply this policy equally to all clients.

If, for any reason, I am late starting your session, I will offer you the option to either make up the lost time or adjust the price based on the minutes missed. If I need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours, your session will be complimentary.
Sick Policy
Sick Policy:
If you arrive visibly sick (e.g., frequent coughing or sneezing), your session will be canceled, and full payment will be due. As a solo practitioner, this is my sole source of income, and I appreciate your understanding in helping to maintain my livelihood and keep my practice safe.
