I have been practicing as a massage therapist for eight years, continuously learning from a variety of teachers to refine my craft. Over time, I have developed a unique style of bodywork that blends intuitive somatic techniques with fluid movement, offering a deeply restorative experience. This work supports clients in reconnecting with their bodies through intentional touch, stillness, and awareness.
My approach to bodywork is personal, rooted in my own journey of healing from traumatic touch experiences in my early life. It has become a way for me to not only facilitate relaxation but also foster a sense of comfort and peace within the body. Through this process, I have learned to listen more deeply to my own body, and through that awareness, I’ve been able to help others reconnect with their own.
The space I create during each session is not about escape, but about presence—an opportunity to engage in quiet dialogue with your body. Together, we explore the subtle rhythms of movement and stillness, cultivating a sense of restoration that supports your ongoing journey of self-discovery.
